when awake and when a-dream,
at midnight and dawn
through clutter of the diurnal
and the tiptoes of poignancy
the red of flag and violet of sunset
the half-empty glass moment
the full of satiation
when click-magnified
and click-diminished
and all the betweens
and absences.

'TRANSPARENCY' i like this word so much. i guess this is a must have 'quality' in what ever company organization. there should not be any hidden agendas, everyone or every single person is important and 'has some value' 'if a particular group is doing behind kind of thing against a single person 'that shows the quality or the internal values , ethics, demands of a particular company or an institution.
ReplyDeleteif one faces something 'today' 'better be expect the same thing next day 'on somebody else'. eye transparency is important even to understand many other things as well i.e. in relation to 'employee and the employer' relationship. sometimes eyes says a lot if one gets a chance to observe one's eyes directly here i was particularly aimed 'professional relationships between workers and the superiors.
